Here's what to do:
Please do not attend the surgery until your doctor has phoned you at your appointment time.
This allows the doctor to assess if your problem can be dealt with over the phone and if not they will reschedule a face to face consultation (likely on the same day).
You will be asked to wear a mask when attending the surgery.

It's an easy and efficient way to have a video consultation with your doctor.
Call us on 04 9081000 and speak to the reception team to register. Remember if you book a phone or video consultation there will still be a charge.
