Feedback and Comments
We appreciate all comments good and bad, we have a board in the waiting room that allows comments to be noted or use the pamphlet where you can document your concerns, place in the suggestion box and we will follow up as soon as possible.
Our standard appointments are 15 minutes intervals, sometimes despite our best intentions, we may run late. This could be an unexpectedly long consultation or because we have fitted in an acutely sick patient who needed urgent attention.
A reminder to please only park in the disabled car park if you are or have a disabled person with you and your car has a mobility sticker. These are located at the front of the medical practice.
Payment is required on the day of your consultation. If you wish to set up an automatic payment please ask at reception for a form with our bank account details.
Should you have difficulty paying your account in full then please discuss alternative arrangements with our Practice Manager
We're a busy little place
Mahara Health is becoming a very busy little practice and there are a number of things you can do to help us provide a good service. These include:
Always let the receptionist know when you have arrived for your appointment.
Please arrive on time – if you are running late please call the practice 04 5954207
Book an appointment well in advance
Book a double appointment if you have multiple issues to discuss
Only book one patient per appointment, please do not expect our doctors to be able to see 2 or more patients, or siblings, in the one 15 minutes appointment slot.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible,
