You will be prompted to provide your full name, date of birth and NHI number. If you do not know your NHI number, it can be found on any documentation you have from the Hospital or you can contact our staff.
Your health records have been transferred across and you will be able to continue to access them in a secure environment, as well as access your test results, book appointments and request repeat prescriptions.
From Thursday records will no longer be updated in ManageMyHealth – access to this system will be turned off.
