Dr Anne Solomon

Anne studied philosophy at Cambridge University and then violin at The Guildhall School of Music. She was a professional violinist for ten years before retraining as a doctor at University College London.

As a GP she spent a wonderful year in Kapiti in 2009 and was determined to return one day. After a further ten years in London general practice, she made it back here with her family at the height of covid against all the odds!

She is a busy mum of three teenagers and enjoys music, reading, writing and the great outdoors.

Dr Tahra Reynolds

Dr Tahra Reynolds graduated from Birmingham University in 1995. She gained a wealth of experience in the UK working in a variety of hospital specialties for a few years before coming a General Practitioner in 2001. Having worked both in urban inner city practices and semi rural areas she has enjoyed the diversity of General Practice.

An interest in travel and outdoors led Tahra, her husband, and daughter to NZ in 2007. They have lived on the beautiful Kapiti Coast since 2007, becoming a family of four in 2010.

She has spent the past 14 years as a GP mostly working in Kapiti enjoying being part of the community. I really enjoy getting to know my patients and helping to guide them through their health journeys.

I enjoy all aspects of general Practice but have particular interests in women's health, family planning, general medicine and care of the elderly.

At weekends Tahra enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, walking, biking, skiing and exploring the great NZ outdoors.
